Thank you to @vanishing.sound for asking us to put together a video for their debut single ♥️

VS pitched the idea of using footage from their set at black mountain tower in 2023. We agreed that we’d like the video to reflect our love for CBR without presenting it like a tourist video 🗼

I chose to set majority of the video at my two favourite spots in CBR, Black Mountain Peninsula and on my bike 🚲 I filmed a lot of footage over the course of two weeks. Filming many nights at the Peninsula and riding my bike through the inner north. I filmed from my bike because I wanted to give the video a sense of movement and speed, the way it feels to ride my bike at dusk 🌇

I purposely filmed all the faces silhouetted (in the non band footage) because I wanted people to be able to see themselves and their friends in this video 🫂

My main two influences for this video were
1. ‘Real Life Love’ by @thomaselliott_
2. ‘The Note Book’ intro title sequence lmao
